We have integrated three communication modes—WiFi, GSM, and RFID—into a single device. This 3.3 kW AC EV charger is designed for efficient and secure single-phase charging, operating at 220V ±10% and 50 Hz with up to 15A output current. It features advanced safety protections including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, surge protection, ground fault, overtemperature, and leakage current detection. The charger supports OCPP 1.6J protocol for seamless connectivity to central management systems via WiFi or 4G networks and offers multiple authentication methods such as RFID, QR code, and mobile app access. It also includes a built-in Class 1 energy meter with 1% accuracy for precise energy monitoring. With IP56 protection, the charger is suitable for indoor and semi-outdoor use, making it ideal for EV bikes, electric cars, and multi-device charging environments, and it operates efficiently at altitudes up to 2000 meters and humidity levels between 5% and 95% (non-condensing).
